When does Prisma Health – Midlands start using MyChart?
Starting on February 26, 2021, Prisma Health – Midlands practices and hospitals will begin using MyChart. This means that your visits, test results, bills, and other medical information starting on or after February 26 will be available in MyChart.
How do I sign up for MyChart?
Please contact your Prisma Health or Self Regional Healthcare provider’s office for assistance with signing up for MyChart. If you do not have a provider to contact, please call the MyChart Patient Support Line at 844-432-6893 (Prisma Health) or 864-725-2737 (Self Regional Healthcare) for assistance with signing up for MyChart.
How can I use MyChart to manage the health information of other family members?
Any care you receive from a Prisma Health provider will appear in your MyChart account online. You also can use MyChart to manage the health information of other family members, such as an aging parent (with his or her permission) or child, by setting up a proxy account. Review test results.
What if my MyChart account doesn’t match my patient record?
If your account doesn’t match to your patient record immediately, please call our Support Line at 844-432-6893 for assistance. Patients under the age of 12 are not eligible for a MyChart account and must be accessed through a Proxy account. Ask your doctor’s office about MyChart proxy access for children under the age of 12.
