Can I request proxy access to MyChart?
You can request proxy accessto view the MyChart account of a family member or person you provide care for. Your access may be limited, depending on the age of the person. Beginning at age 12, privacy laws limit a parent or guardian’s access to full records.
Is my MyChart access code confidential?
It is extremely important that you keep your MyChart access code, login ID and password completely confidential from anyone. If your access code and password is available to others, they will be able to view your medical information and communicate with your clinic as if they were you.

Can you get a symtom at home without care?
Mild symptoms can often be addressed at home without care. If you develop trouble breathing or other moderate symptoms, call your primary care physician, visit any ProHealth Urgent Care location or schedule a virtual urgent care visit.
How long does it take to get approved for ProHealth?
This is an important step to connect you to us as your health care provider. Your connection will be approved within 48 hours.
Is myProHealth available 24 hours a day?
And it’s available 24 hours a day from any computer or smartphone. Using myProHealth is entirely up to you. If you prefer not to sign up, this will not affect the care you receive from any ProHealth provider.
