What is MyChart?
MyChart is a secure online portal that allows you to access your electronic medical record and send messages to your doctor directly without going to the clinic or picking up the phone. You can also: No more waiting for a phone call or letter — view your results and your doctor’s comments within days.
Can I use the MyChart patient portal in an urgent situation?
The MyChart patient portal should not be used in urgent situations. Please call your physician at 253.387.1472 if the situation requires immediate attention, or dial 911 for a medical emergency. The first step is to set up your individual account. All Puget Sound Orthopaedics patients are eligible to sign up for MyChart.
Can a parent log into their personal MyChart account and connect to information regarding their family member?
Yes you can. This is called Proxy access and allows a parent (or guardian) to log into their personal MyChart account, and then connect to information regarding their family member. Complete a Proxy Consent Form and return it to one of our medical facilities to request access to this convenient service.
