How do I sign in to the patient portal?

To sign in to the Patient Portal, click on the Login with athenahealthbutton. Next, enter your email address and password, then click the Log inbutton. top I have a PIN instead of a password.

How do I call RiMG If I have a life threatening emergency?

For life-threatening emergencies, call “911” or proceed to the nearest emergency department. RIMG offers the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine and bivalent booster to eligible patients.

What are the RiMG walk-in clinic hours?

The walk-in clinic is for RIMG primary care patients for non-COVID related acute visits only (no chronic care or chronic issues). Hours are M-F 8:00am-3:45pm (closed between 11:30-1:00pm). Our VIRTUAL on-demand clinic will remain open for established RIMG patients to address acute issues; no scheduling required!

Who is eligible to use the patient portal?

Any active patient over the age of 13 is eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members’ health information. top
