That’s why we use Riverside MyChart to make your health information available to you 24/7, wherever you might be. You now have the option of secure, private video visits with a primary care provider or specialist across Riverside Health System.
What services can I See on my MyChart account?
You can now see cost estimates for services and testing that patients need most often. That includes X-rays, MRI scans, physical therapy and more. You can see costs as a “guest” but you’ll save time and see details specific to your insurance by logging into your MyChart account. E-Vists are now available with your Primary Care provider.

How long before an appointment do you get a reminder?
You’ll receive an appointment reminder 7-days before your appointment, which will include a link to eCheck-In. However, make sure to simply let the front staff know that you’ve arrived for your appointment so they know you’re there!
