What is MyChart app?
MyChart is the simple way to manage your health care. In just a few taps or clicks, you can schedule a doctor’s appointment, send your provider a message, and so much more. If playback doesn’t begin shortly, try restarting your device.
Why is MyChart important?
Because MyChart is a patient portal, the information available a limited window into your permanent Electronic Health Record (EHR) and, as information updates in your permanent EHR, it will also update in MyChart. MyChart can help you participate in your health care and communicate with your providers.
What is MyChart attached to?
Messages sent through MyChart are attached to the health record of the person whose account the message was sent from. Having the messages attached to the wrong record could cause confusion when you or your family member seeks care.
What hardware is required for MyChart?

How long does it take for MyChart to release results?
