Can I sign up for Sansum Clinic If I already have MyChart?

FOR NEW ACCOUNTS ONLY. Please do not attempt to sign up if you already have a Sansum Clinic MyChart account. You will not receive a response if you already have a MyChart account in our system. For help with logging in to an existing MyChart account, please call the MyChart Help Desk or go to the MyChart login page and use the “Forgot Username?”

Please note that MyChart should not be used for urgent matters. Please call your provider’s office if a situation requires immediate attention or dial 911 if it is an emergency. While many clinic messages are complimentary, there are times when the work requires medical decision making and thoughtful considerations.

How do I proxy access my teen’s MyChart account?

For proxy access to a teen’s MyChart account, the teen patient themselves must first have an active MyChart account. If a patient age 12-17 would like to request a MyChart account, they can sign up online, or by contacting the MyChart Help Desk at 805-898-3333. Please note that the MyChart account request must be made by the teen patient.
