Visit the Hospital Patient Portal website at MySCHPortal.com or scan the QR code to the right. 3. Click on the “Sign up!” button. 4. Create a user name and password. Username must be between 4 and 32 characters. You may use letters, numbers, and the underscore character only. Email address can’t be used.
