Who can request access to Seattle Children’s MyChart?
Seattle Children’s MyChart Access Request Access for myself I’m a patient who is 13 years old or more. I’m a legal guardian of a patient who is 17 years old or less. To get a Children’s Health MyChart account, ask for an activation code at your next appointment. Spiritual Care provides crisis and spiritual support, and serves all faith traditions and cultures. Social Work has skilled counselors who get resources for your family during your visit. Interpreter Services provides free interpreters for Deaf and hard-of-hearing and non–English-speaking families.
What is guest services?
Guest Services can help arrange a place to stay and transportation, and provide other neighborhood and other resources for your visit.
How does Child Life work?
Child Life works directly with you and your child to help them relieve tension, express concerns and fears and feel more in control about their visit.
How long is MyChart code good for?
Once you receive your one-time-use access code, please use it immediately to activate your MyChart account, as the code is only valid for 60 days.
