What is MyChart and how do I use it?
MyChart allows you to review your medical history (lab, test results, current immunizations, preventive care and medical/surgical history) securely. MyChart is free to use and available 24 hours a day. Patients requesting their own medical records can download the Patient Request for Health Information form .
Does Skagit Regional Health provide copies of my health information?
Skagit Regional Health will provide complimentary copies of your health information to your provider. All other requests are subject to a fee. Please inquire about charges.
How long does it take to receive results from MyChart?
Results are promptly made available to you in MyChart, so you may see them before your provider does. You may want to wait a few days to hear from your provider before messaging them.
