In order to grant you a MyChart account, SolutionHealth will verify your identity using a third-party verification system. You are being asked to provide specified information outlined below for which we will use to verify your identity. Once your identify is verified, you will be able to immediately activate your MyChart account. SolutionHealth takes patient privacy and security seriously and thus is taking this extra precaution to confirm your identity. This type of check is typically referred to as a “soft” credit check. A “soft” credit check confirms your identity so another person cannot pose as you online and inappropriately gain access to your MyChart account.
