MyChart is an online tool that connects you with your personal health information and your healthcare team quickly and easily. Any care you receive from a Prisma Health provider will appear in your MyChart account online.

Can I use MyChart as a means of communication to SRHS?

I understand that MyChart is NEVER to be used as a means of communication to SRHS healthcare providers for urgent or emergency matters. For all emergency matters that I believe might immediately affect my health or well-being, I will dial 911 without delay and/or go to the emergency department of a local hospital of my choice.

How can I schedule a video visit with my MyChart account?

If you have a MyChart account, simply call your provider’s office to schedule a video visit or to change an upcoming appointment to a video visit.

How can I register for my Bon Secours MyChart account?

Register at your provider’s office – At your next appointment, ask to set up a MyChart account and they can help you register. Register by phone – Simply call the Bon Secours MyChart help desk at 866-385-7060. Please note, COVID-19 Vaccine scheduling is not available through the MyChart Help Desk.
