How do I log in to MyChart?
In most cases, you will use your current username and password to log in. If a username and password change is necessary, you will be contacted with more detailed instructions. Patients using the App version of MyChart will need to go to “Select Organization” and search for “UNC Health Care” on the login page.
What happened to southeastern MyChart on July 18?
On July 18, Southeastern MyChart was modified to allow you the ability to make payments to previous accounts and view previous messages, results, and letters. The only activities allowed within Southeastern MyChart after July 18 is payment of bills for services received before July 23.

How do I view scheduled appointments in MyChart?
Once logged into MyChart, select the Visits icon which can be found at the top of the screen. Scheduled appointments will be listed on this screen and the patient can select the details button to the right-hand side.
