How do I register for Covenant Health’s MyChart app?
A member of the support team is ready to help you register. To access the MyChart app on your Android or Apple phone or tablet, simply go to your App Store and search for MyChart. When you download the app, select Covenant Health from the list of organizations and log in with your MyChart username and password.
Does MyChart have all historical visit information and test results?
