In order to use MyChart ®, you need to be a Summa Health patient and have an email address. You also need a MyChart ® Activation Code. That will be found on your After Visit Summary. If you don’t have your After Visit Summary, you can still sign up.
How long does it take to receive results from MyChart?
Results are promptly made available to you in MyChart, so you may see them before your provider does. You may want to wait a few days to hear from your provider before messaging them.
What if I have forgotten my MyChart username or password?
A MyChart expert is ready to assist you 24/7 every day of the year. If you have forgotten your MyChart username or password, or if you have tried unsuccessfully to log in to your MyChart account, please call the MyChart Help Desk at 234.475.6789.
