Summa Health Patients Have a New MyChart Portal! This change does not impact patients of Mercy Health. Summa patients, your MyChart user experience has changed. Summa Health patients can access personal health information — including upcoming appointments, test results, and more — in your new MyChart site.

How do I sign up for MyChart?

Patients who wish to participate will be issued a MyChart activation code during your hospital, clinic or physician office visit. The code will be on your After Visit Summary. This code will enable you to login and create your own user ID and password. If you were not issued an activation code or have misplaced it, you can still sign up.

How do I check in at Summa Health?

Use location tracking on your phone to be automatically checked in when you arrive at a Summa Health hospital. Complete the check-in process from home to save time when you arrive at the clinic. Pay visit copays, verify your medical and insurance information, respond to questionnaires, and electronically sign documents.
