How do I register at Sunnybrook Hospital?
E-wing 1st Floor Room 23 – (E123) – open from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Have your hospital medical record number (Sunnybrook Card) or health card number available. Once you have your registration pin, log on to www.mychart.ca and click on ‘Register’ to complete your MyChart registration.
