What are the consequences of using MyChart to send messages that require urgent attention?
DO NOT use MyChart to send messages that require urgent attention. MyChart messages are not monitored over weekends and may NOT be handled for up to two business days. For urgent medical matters call your Health Care Provider’s office or Dial 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency. Please review our E-Visit services we can provide you here.
