How to access my health records on my iPhone?
Download the free app by searching for MyChart in the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app loads, scroll down the list and choose TriHealth. Then, log in with your MyChart username and password to view your medical records.
How long does it take to get a response from MyChart?
If you need urgent medical assistance, please call 911 or your doctor’s office. It might take up to
two days to receive a response to any MyChart communication. For more information, email

Can you see your results on MyChart?
In accordance with new federal regulations, we will be releasing all notes and results to you through MyChart as soon as they are available. This means you may see some results before we have a chance to review them with you. We look at every result and will notify you of anything that concerns us. Keep in mind that interpreting the results of your tests depends heavily on the overall clinical situation.
