Who can access my MyChart account with a proxy?
Proxys are limited to parents or guardians for children between the ages of 12-17 and will not have access to view notes, the problem list, or sensitive test results in MyChart. Can I ask questions regarding a family member from my MyChart account?
When will my test results be available in MyChart?
Your test results are released to your MyChart account after they have been sent to your doctor for review. They may be available immediately, or within approximately 7 days. If you don’t see your results after this time, please contact your doctor’s office.
