UCHealth’s DocLine is staffed with registered nurses who are available 24/7 to assist and facilitate all phases of transfer and consultation, including physician-to-physician contact, registration, bed assignment, facilitation of patient transport, and RN-to-RN reporting. Does UCHealth accept insurance?

Be sure to ask questions, either with your broker or at your doctor’s office. There are many plans that UCHealth does not accept. To confirm if your insurance provider or specific plan is contracted with any of our facilities, contact your insurance provider and your clinic to confirm network status.

Can UCHealth terminate my access to the patient portal?

Each of UCHealth clinics and aligned medical facilities expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate a user’s access to any interactive services and/or to any or all other areas of the patient portal due to any act that would constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
