What is UConn’s MyChart?
“MyChart is the secure patient portal that is available for UConn patients to access their care, view test results, letters, message their providers, see upcoming appointments, pay bills, and complete medical questionnaires,” says Laura Marquez, UConn Health’s Ambulatory Director, who leads the team that launched and manages MyChart.
What is “taking care of Me” in UConn Health’s MyChart bedside?
The “Taking care of me” screen in UConn Health’s MyChart Bedside shows patients their care team during their hospital stay. “It really helps promote transparency for the patients and helps them become more invested and part of their health care decisions,” Pink says.

If you don’t have an access code, you can request an account online and you’ll receive an activation email.
Can you telemedicine with MyChart?
Patients enrolled in MyChart can also take advantage of our telemedicine options, including eVisits and video visits.
Is UConn Health video scheduled in advance?

When will UConn start telemedicine?
But MyChart goes way beyond that, and UConn Health is using it to not only conduct coronavirus screening eVisits, but is launching a video telemedicine option with all of its doctors beginning on Wednesday, April 29.
