Is there a 1 minute late policy at the office?
The office has a 1 minute late policy for appointments when every other office I’ve ever been to in the past 15-20 years of going to doctors has been 15 minutes. It is hard for me to get ANYWHERE right now since being hospitalized in April and to drive 45 minutes and get turned away for being 5 minutes late is just a bit beyond what I would call good healthcare. Especially considering the last time I was at their office the policy was 15 minutes, not one.
