What is MyChart & how does it work?
MyChart lets you access your health information, upcoming appointments, test results, medical bills, price estimates and more all in one place – even if you’ve been treated at multiple health organizations. Items that are part of your medical record include prescriptions, lab results, allergies and immunizations.
How do I get access to my MyChart account?
If you’re a current patient, you have a MyChart account. To get access to your MyChart account, complete this online sign-up form. Or, call 210-450-4111 and our office will help you get access to your MyChart account. MyChart Proxy access allows a parent or legal guardian to manage a MyChart account for a child under the age of 18.
How do I use my uhtx account on an electronic device?
To use your account on an electronic device, download the MyChart app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Sign in to your account and choose University Health in San Antonio as your provider in the app. If you find any issues with enrollment, please email [email protected] or call the MyChart Patient Support Line at 210-358-4980.
