How can I Find my healthcare organization on MyChart?
After you’ve installed the app, tap Open, or find the MyChart icon on your device and tap to open it. Select “UI Health” as your healthcare organization from the list of organizations. If you don’t see it right away, you can search by name “UI Health”, state, or ZIP code.
What can you do with MyChart?
With MyChart you can: • Communicate with your care team. • Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information. • Connect your account to Apple Health to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MyChart.
How can I sign up for a MyChart account?
To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on Face ID, Touch ID, or a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time.
What is the 21st century cures act?
The 21st Century Cures Act is a federal mandate that is designed to give patients more access to their medical information. As of March 31, 2021, UI Health is providing test results and provider notes (with a few exceptions) will be released via the MyChart patient portal as soon as they are available.
