What is the UK healthcare MyChart service?
The UK HealthCare MyChart service (“MyChart”) is an electronic health record portal developed for patients of UK HealthCare. It is provided solely for the convenience of patients of UK HealthCare and its affiliates, as identified in its Notice of Privacy Practices.
How do I contact UK healthcare?
