MyChart is a new patient portal that keeps all of your health information together in one place. Bill Pay and CareLink Re-Enrollment will continue to serve you. Items that are part of your medical record include prescriptions, lab results, allergies and immunizations. These will transfer when you enroll in MyChart.

How do I get access to my MyChart account?

This will allow for a more accurate diagnosis to determine the best treatment plan for your condition. If you’re a current patient, you have a MyChart account. To get access to your MyChart account, complete this online sign-up form. Or, call 210-450-4111 and our office will help you get access to your MyChart account.
