How do I access the urology clinic patient portal?

You should not expect to receive a response on weekends or holidays or any other time the office may be closed. Provide The Urology Clinic with your personal email address. We will provide you with a Patient Portal Welcome Letter that will be sent to the provided email. This letter will contain your temporary password to access the Patient Portal.

How does the Urology Department provide care?

The Urology Department continues to provide care directly in clinic or using telephone or video to manage our patients. Our assessments and treatments are arranged to be safe for all our patients and staff and we are reviewing each patient’s need based on the risk to their health.

How do I access urology services in Alberta?

Use of the Provincial Alberta Urology Referral Pathway. The Urology Specialty Access information posted on Specialist LINK (see “Clinical Pathways” tab) allows physicians to view the access pathway for advice, consultations and urgent or emergency care for this specialty.

What resources are available for urology referrals?

In addition to the launch of FAST, the following resources are available to enhance patient care and to assist physicians in making urology referrals: Addition of the urology specialty group to Specialist LINK, in collaboration with Calgary and Area Primary Care Networks Use of the Provincial Alberta Urology Referral Pathway.
