How do I sign up for MyChart?
To sign up for MyChart, you will need an activation code. This code allows you to log on and create your new MyChart user ID and password, which you will then use to log on to MyChart. All patients over age 18 will receive an activation code at the end of each UR Medicine visit, so you can sign up at home when it’s convenient for you.
How much does a MyChart virtual visit cost?
Designated parking spots are marked at the Barnett Road Medical Building. If you’ll need medications, prescriptions, if appropriate, can be electronically sent to the pharmacy you choose, helping you get on the road to feeling better soon. The cost of your MyChart virtual visit will depend on the service and provider but costs range from $0 – $40.

What is secure video visit?
Secure video visits allow you to receive the same high-quality care as you do in the clinic. With this technology, if you are unable to come to the clinic for an appointment, you will be able to video chat on your computer or mobile device with your provider during regular practice hours.
What is virtual lab visit?
Virtual visits are ideal for asking questions about any concerns and for discussing lab results. As a convenience to patients who live far away or cannot easily travel, talk to your physician to see if virtual visits may be an option for follow-up visits as well.
How long before video visit do you have to log in?
Log in 15 minutes before your video visit and be prepared to video chat with your provider
