Do I need a USF Health MyChart account?

Our affiliation with Tampa General Hospital gives our patients access to their health records from both organizations through one MyChart Account. If you currently have a MyChart account with Tampa General hospital, you do not need an account at USF Health. We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure.

How do I sign up for MyChart?

Join the new generation of patients taking a more active role in managing their health and wellness. USF Health strongly encourages all patients to sign up for MyChart, all you need to do is request an activation code. This code will enable you to log in and create your own user ID and password.

What is the MyChart rule?

What are the clinic hours at USF Health?

Clinic hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 8AM – 4PM. Walk-ins are welcome. COVID, Monkeypox and Flu vaccines are available at this location.
