What is MyChart and how does it work?
MyChart lets you access your health information, upcoming appointments, test results, medical bills, price estimates and more all in one place – even if you’ve been treated at multiple health organizations. Items that are part of your medical record include prescriptions, lab results, allergies and immunizations.
Can I request proxy access to a patient’s MyChart account?
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a UTMC or UTP patient, you may request proxy access to their MyChart account to manage the medical and billing information available through the portal and to participate in the medical care of the patient.
How do I get access to my MyChart account?
If you’re a current patient, you have a MyChart account. To get access to your MyChart account, complete this online sign-up form. Or, call 210-450-4111 and our office will help you get access to your MyChart account. MyChart Proxy access allows a parent or legal guardian to manage a MyChart account for a child under the age of 18.
