FAQ
How do I access University of Utah Health’s MyChart app?
Once downloaded, select University of Utah Health as your provider and then enter your MyChart username and password. Please note: Some features are only accessible through the MyChart website. Unfortunately, at this time, the University Health Plans features are not accessible through the MyChart app.
Who uses MyChart?
MyChart is part of the electronic medical record system that is used by University of Utah Health, Carson Tahoe Health, Sublette County Rural Health Care District and Fourth Street Clinic. This includes Huntsman Cancer Institute, Moran Eye Centers, the University Orthopaedic Center and University Neuropsychiatric Institute(UNI).
Does MyChart have direct access to my medical record?
No. MyChart offers direct access to your medical record and communicating about another individual’s information would be placed in your health record. This information would not appear in the correct health record and could potentially jeopardize medical care.
How do I get access to my MyChart account?
This will allow for a more accurate diagnosis to determine the best treatment plan for your condition. If you’re a current patient, you have a MyChart account.
