How do I access University of Utah Health’s MyChart app?

Once downloaded, select University of Utah Health as your provider and then enter your MyChart username and password. Please note: Some features are only accessible through the MyChart website. Unfortunately, at this time, the University Health Plans features are not accessible through the MyChart app.

MyChart is part of the electronic medical record system that is used by University of Utah Health, Carson Tahoe Health, Sublette County Rural Health Care District and Fourth Street Clinic.
