MyChart offers many tools to help you manage your healthcare. When you are experiencing certain symptoms, you may be able to connect with a provider through an e-Visit. MyChart e-Visits are available to adults (18 and older) who have seen their UW Health primary care provider and have an active UW Health MyChart account.

How do MyChart e-visits work with UW Health?

MyChart e-Visits become part of your permanent UW Health medical record, and will be available to those who participate in your care and treatment now and in the future. A copy of your MyChart e-Visit will be sent to your UW Health primary care provider so that he or she is aware you were treated via e-Visit.
