How do I enter my wakehealth activation code?
All fields are required. myWakeHealth Activation Code Enter your activation code as it appears on your After Visit Summary (your code is not case sensitive). The code is no longer needed after you complete this process. Activation Code Part 1
How do I sign up for mywakehealth?
Sign in at mywakehealth.org. Please use a browser such as Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. Not compatible with Internet Explorer. Need an Account? You can sign up now using a third-party secure system to verify your identity. You can fill out an online form to request an activation code in the mail. This can take 5-7 business days.
How do I get a MyChart account?
We need some information in order to grant you a MyChart account. When you’re approved, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account.

Patients of WakeMed Physician Practices can use WakeMed MyChart to: 1 Schedule or request appointments with WakeMed Physician Practices providers. 2 Save time by filling out health history information before your appointment. 3 View details from all outpatient appointments, including lab results, testing, diagnoses, medications, etc. 4 Communicate with your outpatient providers and request prescription refills by the click of a button.
How to request proxy access?
To request proxy access, you will need to either log in to or create your own . MyChart account. After your account has been established, you can find the Request Proxy Access Form under the “My Medical Record” tab. For minors, proxy access will terminate when the patient turns 13 years old.
How long does a proxy code expire?
If you do not have one, you can request an activation code online. Please note that the activation code will expire after two weeks. Proxy access is available for parents and caregivers.
Can WakeMed MyChart be used for urgent needs?
Remember, WakeMed MyChart is NOT to be used for urgent needs. For medical emergencies, dial 911.
