What is MyChart and how does it work?

How can I Activate my MyChart account?
In Person: Ask your provider’s medical assistant or clinic staff to activate your MyChart account when you visit the clinic. If you received a MyChart activation code from your clinic, please enter your activation code. 3. By email, fax or mail: Download the MyChart Sign-Up Form, complete it, and return it by email, fax or mail.
Do I need to enroll in MyChart?
Enrolling in MyChart is optional and is not required in order to receive treatment; however, certain care-related services/programs may be exclusively offered through MyChart like Virtual Care (described more fully below).
Can I use another person’s username and password to access MyChart?
Unless we have specifically authorized you to access MyChart, it is a violation of state and federal law to attempt to access the private computer network of another individual or entity. Use of another individual’s username and password to access MyChart is not permitted and does not amount to authorization to use MyChart.
