MyChart is a secure, online way to connect to your health and your care team. The best part? You can access it anywhere, anytime.
What to do if you don’t receive activation code?
You can still sign up: Go to MyChart. Fill out the information on the screen, including your name, address, last four digits of your Social Security number, and birth date. From there, you’ll be asked to create your own username and password.
What is the 21st century cures act?
The 21st Century Cures Act gives you more access to your digital medical records. That means if you already have a MyChart account, you’ll be able to view test results and clinical notes as soon as they become available.
How to request a prescription refill?
Request prescription refills. Send a medication request to your doctor. When it’s approved, we’ll send it on to your pharmacy for a refill.
