How does OHSU access my medical record?
OHSU provides access to your OHSU medical record, through MyChart, whenever you want and wherever you are. With MyChart, you can get information privately and efficiently. MyChart Messages | OHSU MyChart Messages Ask a question.
How do I sign up for MyChart?
Go to MyChart and select “Sign Up Now.” You will need your access code and medical record number. This can be found on the last page of the After Visit Summary that was given to you at the end of your appointment. If you lost your access code or do not have one, please contact the MyChart Help Desk at 503-494-5252.
Who can see my MyChart messages?
All of your OHSU Health primary care and specialty providers (and their teams) can see your MyChart messages in your health record — even the messages you did not send to them. This helps link your health and care plans across our system. Log in to MyChart on your computer, or open the MyChart app on your smartphone or tablet.
What if I don’t have a MyChart account?
If you do not have a MyChart account of your own, first, you will need to create your own account even if you are not a Hillsboro Medical Center patient. Then, you can log in and set up a proxy account for your child or family member.
